At OTC we believe the only way to offer the finest products is to use the finest ingredients.  We also believe that our customers appreciate old fashioned personalized service and attention.

OTC starts with premium products such as Boar’s Head meats, fresh baked breads, Torani Syrups, extra virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables, premium roasted coffees and real milk.

Other companies have found ways to increase the bottom line by compromising the product they offer their customers. Maybe they think their customers won’t notice the difference.  At OTC we believe in doing things right.  This is why we will never use powders in our drinks, we will never use pre-mixed solutions, and we will never use artificial flavoring.  These methods may be standard practice at other coffee houses, but we are not content on being just another coffee house.
